Jill Williams

Jill Williams received her teachers training at the Inner Dance Studio in the Iyengar style of Hatha Yoga. She teaches warm flow with an emphasis on alignment and safe inversions.
 
All level students are welcome.


Jill Williams instructs the following:
  • Yoga: Alignment
  • Find a balance between effort and ease. This is a great class if you're new to the yoga practice as the class includes focused instruction and a slower pace. This class will help you unwind while lifting your mood. The alignment-based poses are taught in levels; students work their way up through careful, focused instruction. This class strikes the perfect balance between effort and ease. The focus is to align the channels in your body— especially the main channel, the spine— so energy can flow freely. If you're an experienced practitioner, you can find tune your poses.
