My philosophy is simple: Everybody matters, and so does every body. I'm a proponent of multi-level health, wellness, and fitness. I believe that as a health/wellness/fitness coach, I should strive to help people realize their full potential by achieving a higher level of well-being, performance, and physical fitness. I believe it's important to form a growth-promoting relationship that inspires self-motivation, elicits the idea of change, and facilitates these processes through goal setting, accountability, and visioning. My overall goal is to be known for promoting a positive and lasting change in people's lives.
My clients and CrossFit athletes describe me as an inspiring, motivating, and positive coach, and while I can agree that's true, you can also expect me to push you outside of your comfort zone to a point where you might even just hate me a little. ;)
